The kitchen reflects tradition and serious cooking. It features
commercial equipment, a twelve foot island with eating space at one
end, traditional painted cabinets, matte black granite countertops, a
small fireplace, and an adjacent small office.
The existing large living room had a low ceiling and small windows. We
removed the ceiling to expose the underside of the roof and opened the
wall to the panoramic views and to a landscaped terrace.
The master bedroom features a "shaker" style storage wall and an
exterior sitting porch typical of cottage architecture. |
