A completely new floor plan was designed and additions were constructed as required for the new plan. A new entry with a central skylight is the hub of the circulation pattern to various rooms and spaces. New windows, wood shingle roofing and siding, and all new systems were designed and installed. On the interior, new wood was matched with old and finished to integrate seamlessly.
